Placing your order:

Payment is expected at the point of order, for us to be able to fulfil the purchase.

If you have any queries about a product, require expedited shipping or perhaps a different colour, please get in touch and we will see if there is anything we can do.

Returns:

Many products are made to order, and because of this, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds. This supersedes the Consumer Rights Act (2015) and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations (2013). They are clearly labelled as made-to-order. 

If your item is not made to order and you would like a refund, for example, you have changed your mind, please get in touch to arrange this.

Buyer must cover shipping costs to return the order to us. 

Damaged or faulty goods:

If you product has arrived and is damaged or faulty please email editor@thecrownchronicles.co.uk within 7 days of your item arriving so that we can rectify this. Please provide us with a photo of the issue, and as much detail as possible, and we will endeavour to resolve this with our manufacturing partner.

We would hope to resolve any issue to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
